For example, we\u2019ve implemented a recycling system in our offices to better manage waste. We also prioritize traveling by train for business trips \u2014 a more eco-friendly alternative to flying or driving. Additionally, we operate on a hybrid work model with two remote days per week, helping reduce commuting and optimize energy consumption.<\/p>\n
