At Horrea, we believe that a responsible company is one that actively contributes to ecological and social transitions. Our CSR approach is constantly evolving, and we strive to integrate sustainable practices at the core of our operations.

Our commitment to the environment

We are fully aware of the importance of reducing our environmental footprint and continuously seek to adopt more sustainable habits.

For example, we’ve implemented a recycling system in our offices to better manage waste. We also prioritize traveling by train for business trips — a more eco-friendly alternative to flying or driving. Additionally, we operate on a hybrid work model with two remote days per week, helping reduce commuting and optimize energy consumption.

These are just first steps. We aim to structure and reinforce our environmental engagement in the near future.

A company focused on its people

The well-being and professional development of our team is a priority.

We’ve adopted a hybrid working model to offer greater flexibility and support a better work-life balance. Every year, we organize a team seminar to strengthen internal cohesion and share our collective ambitions.

We also place strong emphasis on upskilling: we actively support certification programs and are building an internal training roadmap.

While we haven’t yet formalized an inclusion policy, we are committed to maintaining diversity and equality within our team.
